Started my Easter Sunday with a walk around my neighborhood park. Getting outside to enjoy the morning sunshine, moving my body, and being present is a great way to start my day taking care of me so I can take care of others. Happy Easter Sunday everyone! -

Loved reading through different posts and learning from the community. Great stories around limiting snacking to reduce sugar intake and taking a day trip to get out in nature. I have intentional workouts scheduled in my calendar and will also schedule weekly reminders to GET OUT in nature and enjoy. -

My sister recently got her bloodwork done. The findings inspired her to increase her vitamin intake and make healthier daily choices. Her daily habits and choices have inspired me to do the same! I am currently waiting on my health check up results to take actions for my own personal health.
