    Loved reading through different posts and learning from the community. Great stories around limiting snacking to reduce sugar intake and taking a day trip to get out in nature. I have intentional workouts scheduled in my calendar and will also schedule weekly reminders to GET OUT in nature and enjoy.

    I still feel "addicted" to sugar! ;) Reducing or eliminated processed sugar entirely makes me feel better all around. Having mangos and kiwis on hand for moments of temptation help too😋

    My sister recently got her bloodwork done. The findings inspired her to increase her vitamin intake and make healthier daily choices. Her daily habits and choices have inspired me to do the same! I am currently waiting on my health check up results to take actions for my own personal health.
