    • 15-DAY STREAK
Yes, I had a feeling I was a bit too dependent on sugar. I craved sweets after meals, especially late-night snacks, and it felt almost automatic to reach for something sugary when I was bored or stressed.
Now, I feel more in control. I still like sweets, but the cravings have definitely reduced. My energy feels more stable throughout the day, and I'm less sluggish after meals.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Community and Connection
How did keeping your community more clean connect you more to your local area? Did picking up litter change your perspective on the cleanliness of your community?

    • 15-DAY STREAK
I would say that keeping my community clean has given me a stronger sense of connection and responsibility toward my local area. When I actively pick up litter, I become more aware of both the beauty and the challenges my neighborhood faces. I realize how much of an impact small actions can have.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Community and Connection
How did checking in with someone strengthen your relationship or provide support? How did it feel to reach out and connect?
