    Whenever I can, I try to eat more fruits and vegetables and healthier foods rather than eating out or grabbing fast food. Eating at home sometimes has less waste than eating fast food too with all of the bags and packaging that your food comes in.

    We are planning a trip for July this year, and instead of taking a plane to our destination, we decided that we are going to drive since it is only about 6 hours away by car.

    Any time I see trash on the ground when I am outside, I try to pick it up and throw it away. Even if I don't get all of it, hopefully it will encourage others to do the same.

    I sometimes enjoy going for walks around my town just to know the area a little better, and it helps to get outside and enjoy the weather on nice days.
