I took part in cleaning a local park that wasn’t really usable because people kept dumping garbage there. We cleaned it up, installed dustbins, and put up signs to discourage littering.
It felt good to actually do something about it instead of just watching it get worse. Hoping the space becomes usable again over time, and people start taking better care of it. Small efforts like this really help bring the community together and slowly make shared spaces cleaner and more welcoming for everyone.

I chose native plants like mango and neem trees. They’re really common but also super important—mango trees provide fruit that birds and small animals can feed on, and neem trees give good shade and naturally keep pests away. As they grow, they create a more comfortable space not just for wildlife but for people too. It’s nice knowing that something as simple as planting these trees can help provide food, shelter, and a healthier environment overall.

I volunteered at a cow shelter, kind of like an animal sanctuary. I helped feed them, clean their space, and even pitch in with basic medical care. It wasn’t anything big, just everyday tasks, but it felt meaningful. When the cows are healthy and comfortable, they’re calmer, and the whole place feels more balanced. Keeping things clean also helps the environment around them. And for me, it taught patience and care—it just makes you feel more connected and responsible, which I think is a small way of building resilience for everyone involved.

It was a bit difficult, but I finally found a local milkman who can deliver fresh milk to my home every day. I’ve missed fresh milk ever since I moved to Delhi. I’m super relieved and happy.
