Right now, I don’t always get enough sleep.
I would like to go to bed earlier and get at least 8 hours each night.
To improve my sleep, I turned off screens an hour before bed and made my room darker.
These changes helped me fall asleep faster and feel more rested during the day. -

Before I started this challenge, I did feel like I was addicted to sugar.
I craved sweet snacks every day and found it hard to stop.
Now, I feel more in control and have more energy.
The most challenging part was saying no to desserts and sugary drinks.
I overcame it by eating fruit instead and drinking more water.
It got easier each day as my body adjusted. -
