Reduce Refined Sugar
Cutting back on refined sugar can improve energy, mood, and overall health. I will limit my intake of sugary snacks and drinks by reducing refined sugar in meals or snacks each day.

Christina Huff 4/17/2026 10:50 AMFocusing on nothing but breath and body is not easy. I believe it takes practice. I'm enjoying the practice. I feel lighter and more alert after I meditate. After I meditate, I feel loved, supported, and hopeful.
