Jennifer Hubbard 4/30/2025 10:29 AMI try to balance my meat, vegetable and fruits. I make sure that during the day when I need a snack, I take a vegetable or a fruit to make it healthy as well. I had some sweet peppers and some Pineapple. -

Jennifer Hubbard 4/30/2025 10:27 AMI made sure to get to lay down early so I could shut my brain off and sleep easier. I set my alarm for earlier and I made sure NOT to hit snooze. It had a positive impact on my whole day! -
