    I try to balance my meat, vegetable and fruits. I make sure that during the day when I need a snack, I take a vegetable or a fruit to make it healthy as well. I had some sweet peppers and some Pineapple.

    I made sure to get to lay down early so I could shut my brain off and sleep easier. I set my alarm for earlier and I made sure NOT to hit snooze. It had a positive impact on my whole day!

    When I spend time outside, I like to just listen...I listen to the wind and the animals. That is what calms me down the most. I love connecting with nature it improves my Mental Well-being every time.
