Prioritize Getting Enough Sleep
Good sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind. I will prioritize getting 300 minutes of quality sleep each night and develop a bedtime routine that supports rest and relaxation.
Personal
Go Get a Check Up
Regular health check-ups help prevent problems before they start. I will schedule or attend a medical, dental, or mental health check-up to take care of my well-being.
Take the Pre-Survey
Take the Pre-Event Survey
I’ll take a short pre-survey to share what motivated me to join — and earn 15 points! (If I already took the survey by email, I’ll just mark this action complete to get my points.)
Community
Host a Gathering
Bringing people together helps strengthen bonds. I will organize and host a gathering, such as a potluck, coffee meet up, or shared meal, for friends, family, colleagues, or neighbors to foster connection and community spirit.
Personal
Write in a Resilience Journal
Reflection helps us adapt and grow. I will spend 30 minutes writing in a journal about challenges I face, the strengths I use, and what helps me thrive.

REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonalWhat motivated you to schedule or attend your check-up, and how did it make you feel afterward that you completed this action?
Annye Herrera-Rogel 4/09/2026 5:53 PMIf you’re 21 or about to turn 21, I recommend scheduling a Pap smear. I’ve had mine scheduled for a while and today was that day. I was so nervous that I didn’t get enough sleep because I knew what was going to happen. A Pap smear is the same thing pregnant women go through as well, just to make sure everything is okay. Unfortunately, I was told that since I already had a miscarriage, it might be hard to get pregnant. That’s not that only reason but that’s personal. I have been really sore like if I were on my period. I also recommend if you’re 20+, to get tested every three months for any diseases. It sounds extreme every three months, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. -

A challenge I faced today that I wrote in my journal is how I sent my ex mother in law a text message explaining to her how I don’t want to bury well not bury bury but have my baby’s urn placed in cemetery. I told that I wouldn’t feel once again mentally, emotionally and physically “okay” not having my baby near me since I’ve been having trouble sleeping and also having nightmares. I told her that maybe the impact could be that I got injured at work which causes me sleepless nights and nightmares. It was really hard having to send that message, especially since I knew she was just going to leave me on read. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonalHow did reflecting on your experiences, strengths, or challenges shape the way you think about your ability to adapt and grow?

Being in a quiet place, with just my journal , gave me an understanding mind on how I can improve my growth really helped me uncover that I should be doing at least one thing a day that scares me. This would make me more fearless and less worried about getting old, since I’ll have experience to share about how these challenges helped me strengthen myself. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonalHow did improving your sleep affect your energy, focus, or mood? What role does rest play in helping you feel more balanced and capable of handling challenges?

I wasn’t able to meet my goal last night due to my injury; I injured my left shoulder/arm at work. It’s been tough not being able to sleep at night. I had a big lunch and dinner, so hopefully I’ll be able to get more sleep tonight. My mood has not been the greatest since I’ve had a headache all day.
