    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now? What was the most challenging part of reducing refined sugar, and how did you overcome it?

    Yes, sugar is very addicting in my opinion. It brings quick energy sometimes, but then there is also the sugar crash. I have noticed that when you decrease the sugar consumption, there is no sugar crash. The most challenging part is that a large amount of the food we eat everyday contains refined sugar, this has helped me to be more aware of this and change to healthier options.
