    I reached out to my brother, someone I hadn’t spoken to in a while. I wanted to find peace and forgive him, but unfortunately, I got left on read. I understand that everyone processes things differently, so I’m giving it time and leaving it in the hands of God.

    Taking a couple minutes to myself, can be tricky mostly with my schedule. So when I do have that extra time, I take time to take deep breaths, sit outside and remind myself that everything will get better.

    I felt more relaxed and the anxiety was slowly fading off.

    Reaching out to two of my friends strengthened our connection by showing that I care. It builds resilience in my community by proving emotional support and helping them feel less alone during difficult times. Even though, my goal was to reach out to three of my friends, connecting with two made a meaningful impact for myself and for them.
