    I showed up for my workout today and asked my trainer to push me with a new challenge. I ended up doing a 30-minute pool workout—it wasn't exactly my favorite, but I think with time, I'll get the hang of it and start enjoying it more.

    While strolling through Walmart this morning, I bumped into some old friends whose kids graduated alongside mine. We decided to sit down for coffee and spent some time catching up—it was truly a lovely moment.

    On Friday, we stopped at a furniture store, and completely by chance, I asked if they carried anything made from recycled plastic. To my surprise, the salesperson immediately said 'yes!' That's how I discovered POLYWOOD and their impressive range of outdoor furniture made from recycled materials.

    On Saturday, my son and I discovered a Cliff Swallow nest from last year while cleaning the deck. We identified the birds from photos. However, due to the excessive bird droppings, we've decided to prevent them from nesting there again this year.

    This Sunday morning offered a beautiful walk-through Sioux Falls historic cathedral district. We strolled through streets lined with historic homes, each telling a story, and then visited the impressive Saint Joseph Cathedral. I encourage everyone to experience the beauty and history of this area.

    Daily exercise should enhance my physical and mental well-being, increase energy levels, and reduce stress. I enjoy using the rowing machine, treadmill, and cardio equipment because they help me relax and feel accomplished.

    I reconnected with an ex-coworker from my days in security and law enforcement. After years without contact, we had a fantastic conversation and decided to keep in touch. We're planning to meet for coffee soon and attend church services together.
