    The weather is Phoenix has been beautiful the last few mornings - which is a kind break from the excessive heat - I took my pup for a long walk! I wish every morning was this cool, crisp, and clear.

    For me, it is easy to have 2 meatless meals. Focusing on other way to find proteins. It's warm here, so making a fruit salad with herbs is amazing! I like to top my yogurt with fruit salad.
