    I have been doing the checkup for few years now. Since I am aware of my health parameter all my food choice are in line with what is good for me.

    With the busy schedule now a days we are occupied with ourselves. In this if we try to just message or connect with people if really feels good not only to the person whom you reach out but to yourself as well.

    I was not addicted, but comparatively my sugar Intake was high. Now I totally skip sugary drinks. I have taken pledge to pay more attention to my health. This really feels good, mentally and physically I am more active.
