    Eating more fruits and vegetables has helped me feel more energized, and I can already see positive changes in my skin and immunity. It also supports overall well‑being for people and is a more sustainable choice for the planet, as plant‑based foods generally require fewer natural resources. This week, I enjoyed a variety of fruits and vegetables including grapes, watermelon, coconut, mango, onion, capsicum, potato, chickpea, carrot, tomato, cucumber, bitter gourd, spinach, beans, and ladyfinger, with fresh mango being my favorite.
