    One way to reduce your impact on nature is to pack out all trash, including seemingly natural items like fruit peels, which can disrupt ecosystems. This is part of the "leave no trace" principle.

    Household use of spray cleaners and air fresheners during and after pregnancy may affect lung function in children.

      Not that I was a huge user of those products to begin with, but when I learned this, I was shocked! Some can also be harmful to pets!
