    I haven't been exercising too much recently, and I have noticed! Just 10 min and my body feels tired. But starting is only the beginning! The more I exercise the stronger I will become!

    writing down my thoughts, feelings and emotions feels strange at first but when I re-read my thoughts, it feels more powerful...and gets me thinking more on what I want to change to be a better person
