    I ate out at some local restaurants this weekend and bought some produce at the farmers market.

    I had some strawberries, apples, and bananas this week. These fruits helped me feel refreshed after being in the heat. I also had brussel sprouts and spinach, which made me feel energized.

    When I was spending time outside, I observed the ocean. I watched the wind blow in the palm trees and the waves crash against the shore. This enhanced my mental well being and made me appreciate the earth.
