Sheniah Anne Gomez 4/30/2025 7:10 AM
I was motivated to schedule my check-up because I wanted to stay on top of my health and catch any potential issues early. Life gets busy, but I’ve learned that prioritizing preventive care is key to long-term well-being. After completing the appointment, I felt a sense of relief and accomplishment—it was reassuring to know I was taking proactive steps for my health, and it gave me peace of mind moving forward.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Sustainable Innovation
What sustainable product did you purchase, and how does it align with your values?

    Sheniah Anne Gomez's avatar
Sheniah Anne Gomez 4/30/2025 7:07 AM
I purchased a plant-based, biodegradable all-purpose cleaner. It aligns with my values because I care about reducing my environmental impact and avoiding harmful chemicals in my home. Choosing a product made from natural ingredients, with eco-friendly packaging, supports my commitment to healthier living and sustainability.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health and Well-Being
What product did you replace, and why was it important to you? How do you feel about making a small change for a healthier, more sustainable home?

    Sheniah Anne Gomez's avatar
Sheniah Anne Gomez 4/30/2025 7:06 AM
I replaced bleach with a more natural, non-toxic cleaning alternative. This change was important to me because I wanted to reduce the harsh chemicals in my home that can affect both health and the environment. Bleach, while effective, has strong fumes and can be harmful with frequent use—especially around kids or pets. Making this small change gave me peace of mind, knowing I’m creating a safer, more sustainable home. It feels empowering to know that even simple swaps like this can contribute to a healthier lifestyle and a cleaner planet.

We went to historical landmarks in our area, since we're living in the province, there are still remnants from the past that are still being preserved and are intact. Most of them are churches and ancient houses.

Before I just let the faucet on through out the time I wash my dished but not I only turn it on when I need it :) We also use the shower most of the time because studies says that it conserves more water that using the dipper.
