I am addicted to sugar. It has been a challenge that I have been working on for the last couple of years and I do relapse often. When I have one small thing with sugar I can not stop myself from wanting or having more and when I overdo it I feel terrible after.

Sugar is definitely addictive. Hide anything that would trigger a craving out of sight and keep yourself busy. You can't eat much when you are mentally and physically busy. Good luck!
