    I feel more balanced, with steady energy levels and fewer cravings. The most challenging part was resisting sugary snacks during moments of stress or fatigue. I overcame this by keeping healthy alternatives like fruits or nuts on hand and reminding myself of the long-term benefits of cutting back on sugar.
