    2 of the 3 meals I had today were meatless. I didn't do any alternatives, I just ate certain meals without meat. I grew up vegetarian so it didn't feel very different for me, but it is nice to take a break from meat every once in a while.

    As an athlete exercising outside of my sport is really nice. It feels like a mental and physical refresh that I'm glad I get to do during the day. Whether that's hopping on the treadmill, doing yoga, or lifting weights, cross training is always a nice break in the pattern.

    I think that expressing gratitude and performing acts of kindness made my day better, and hopefully the recipients day's better as well. I think that doing little things like this everyday help build stronger bonds with people, as well as make someone's day just a bit better.
