Personal
Write in a Resilience Journal
Reflection helps us adapt and grow. I will spend 10 minutes writing in a journal about challenges I face, the strengths I use, and what helps me thrive.
Soil and Food
Enjoy a Meatless Meal
Producing 1 kg of beef emits as much greenhouse gas as driving 150 miles, meanwhile, 1 kg of veggies or grains leaves a much lighter footprint! This week, I’ll shrink my climate impact by having 2 meatless meals meals each day.
Personal
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 15 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.
Soil and Food
Grow Something to Eat
Growing food builds resilience by connecting us to the soil and reducing reliance on long supply chains. I will grow edible plants—such as herbs, vegetables, or grains—in my home, balcony, or community space, strengthening both my food security and local biodiversity.
Take the Pre-Survey
Take the Pre-Event Survey
I’ll take a short pre-survey to share what motivated me to join — and earn 15 points! (If I already took the survey by email, I’ll just mark this action complete to get my points.)
Community
Express Gratitude and Random Acts of Kindness
Small acts of kindness and gratitude can brighten someone's day and create a positive ripple effect. I will express gratitude to 3 people or perform 3 random acts of kindness to spread joy and connection.

REFLECTION QUESTIONSoil and FoodWhat meal did you enjoy the most, and what alternatives did you try? Did anything surprise you about how satisfying plant-based options can be?
Scout Georgas 4/01/2026 5:34 PM2 of the 3 meals I had today were meatless. I didn't do any alternatives, I just ate certain meals without meat. I grew up vegetarian so it didn't feel very different for me, but it is nice to take a break from meat every once in a while. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonalHow did exercising each day impact your physical and mental resilience? What activities helped you feel stronger, more flexible, or more capable of adapting?
Scout Georgas 4/01/2026 5:32 PM- Book Lover 📚
As an athlete exercising outside of my sport is really nice. It feels like a mental and physical refresh that I'm glad I get to do during the day. Whether that's hopping on the treadmill, doing yoga, or lifting weights, cross training is always a nice break in the pattern. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonalHow did reflecting on your experiences, strengths, or challenges shape the way you think about your ability to adapt and grow?
Scout Georgas 4/01/2026 5:27 PM- Book Lover 📚
Reflecting today helped me get in touch with myself better. I looked back on past experiences and reflected on current ones, and I think that helped me see my current growth and how I adapt in certain situation. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunityHow did expressing gratitude or performing acts of kindness impact you and the recipient? What role do small acts of kindness play in creating stronger communities?
Scout Georgas 4/01/2026 5:25 PM- Book Lover 📚
I think that expressing gratitude and performing acts of kindness made my day better, and hopefully the recipients day's better as well. I think that doing little things like this everyday help build stronger bonds with people, as well as make someone's day just a bit better.
