The intense heat we have been experiencing is a clear sign that we need to change our habits to improve our quality of life and take better care of the planet. It’s not just about coping with high temperatures, but about adapting in a more conscious way: staying hydrated, taking care of our health, and reducing actions that contribute to global warming, such as wasting energy or overusing resources.
Small decisions, like using the car less, saving electricity, conserving water, and protecting green areas, not only help the environment but also improve our daily well-being. In the end, taking care of the planet and taking care of ourselves go hand in hand—a healthier environment means a better quality of life for everyone. 🌍☀️💚

Taking care of the planet is not an option, it is a shared responsibility. Every small action—like saving water, reducing plastic use, or recycling—adds up to protect the place where we live. The Earth provides everything we need to survive, but its resources are not infinite. If we don’t change our habits, the consequences will affect future generations. Respecting nature is respecting ourselves. 🌎💚

Anxiety is a natural reaction of the body to stress or difficult situations. It helps us stay alert, but when it is very strong or constant, it can affect our health and emotions.
To manage it, it is important to breathe deeply, exercise, sleep well, and talk to someone you trust. It also helps to focus on what we can control and maintain positive thoughts.

The eco-challenge has made me feel more aware of my actions and the impact they have on the environment. It has motivated me to adopt more responsible habits and to value natural resources more. It also makes me feel good to know that, even if they are small changes, I am contributing in a positive way to caring for the planet
