Our food choices can help protect forests and wildlife. I will spend 20 minutes learning how to choose foods that are grown in ways that protect forests, such as avoiding products linked to deforestation and seeking certified sustainable options like shade-grown coffee or palm oil-free products.

Trees provide food and habitat for local wildlife species, shade our streets and homes, and help keep our air and water clean by capturing pollutants. Save Water When Washing Dishes

Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

    I do short workouts daily. 20 minutes. I do strength 3 times per week and then rotate in HIIT workouts, Yoga and walking on the other days. I have been using the Peloton workout app for about 6 years now and I love it. When I go on walks I wear a weighted vest and listen to a podcast

    I was happy to see that many of the suggestions our family already does. I have been "water conscience" since I was a young girl.

    Sustainability seems to be key - what really echos to me is how we spend our dollars really makes an impact - the places we shop for groceries and feed our families does matter. I also think its important for people to do what you can, its not about being perfect, rather a few small decisions each month can effect the world around us.
