Take the Pre-Survey

Take the Pre-Event Survey

I’ll take a short pre-survey to share what motivated me to join — and earn 15 points! (If I already took the survey by email, I’ll just mark this action complete to get my points.)

COMPLETED
ONE-TIME ACTION

Soil and Food

Eat Local and Seasonal Foods

Local and seasonal foods require fewer resources, support nearby farmers, and keep soils healthier through diverse planting. I will source 4 meals per week from local or seasonal producers—such as markets, CSAs, or co-ops—to strengthen community food resilience.

COMPLETED 2
DAILY ACTIONS

Personal

Enjoy Fruits and Veggies

Eating a wide variety of colorful fruits and vegetables is a simple way to boost our personal health and support a more resilient food system. I will prepare and enjoy 2 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

COMPLETED 6
DAILY ACTIONS

Personal

Reduce Refined Sugar

Cutting back on refined sugar can improve energy, mood, and overall health. I will limit my intake of sugary snacks and drinks by reducing refined sugar in meals or snacks each day.

COMPLETED 9
DAILY ACTIONS

Personal

Exercise Daily

Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 30 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.

COMPLETED 7
DAILY ACTIONS

Water

Take Shorter Showers

Conserving water helps protect this precious resource. I will shorten my showers to 5 minutes to save water and reduce energy use - each time saving up to 20 gallons (75 L) of water!

Living on campus, I typically always eat at the caf, and I love to drink lemonade from the soda machine. I am going to work at drinking just water or juice this month, while making sure to keep my juice in moderation as it still has a high sugar content.
