    by not doing enough carpooling, having 2 cars using gas instead of having hybrids or electric cars, too many flights.
    I´m willing to make changes in electric consumption, changing bulbs, heating system, changing to hybrid cars, trying not to take too many flights

    I felt more energetic after excercising early this morning, ready to take a shower and better attitude to start the day. I enjoy jogging and doing some Functional training.
