I think it's healthier for myself and the planet to eat less meat. Broccoli is my absolute favorite and I cooked some with garlic white wine pasta. (*chef's kiss) -

I observed some beautiful flowers and nice weather. It made me feel peaceful and calm. Connecting with nature helps me get some exercise and clear my head from worries -

I had been neglecting getting new glasses for a few years. I was due for new ones. I felt accomplished and proud of myself like I deserve to have nice things and see clearly :-) -
