    I typically like walking in nature but I had a good experience trying to do some pushups and crunches yesterday. It feels good to stretch out on a yoga mat

    I think it's healthier for myself and the planet to eat less meat. Broccoli is my absolute favorite and I cooked some with garlic white wine pasta. (*chef's kiss)

    I observed some beautiful flowers and nice weather. It made me feel peaceful and calm. Connecting with nature helps me get some exercise and clear my head from worries

    I had been neglecting getting new glasses for a few years. I was due for new ones. I felt accomplished and proud of myself like I deserve to have nice things and see clearly :-)
