Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

    Quick cold showers i prefer than the long hot showers, as the prevent energy saving by not using geysers and using buckets helps in less water wastage, preventing it.

    any form of exercise ensures wellbeing, spending even few mins doing an activity makes you feel happy and rejuvenated. I try my best doing something every day to stay fit and avoid illness. Dancing, stretching exercises and planks i prefer

    Since we are in summers i ensure a big serving of watermelon and musk melons are eaten throughout the day, Mangoes are in too. Watermelon is my most fav fruit, i can eat it everyday. Fruits are easy to digest lighter and freshly available. This is surely saving the planet by not killing animals to be eaten since i am a veg i am happy about this choice.
