Food for thought on this Friday - Have you noticed the resistance to things like climate change, recycling, and environmental alleviators like solar and wind power? All we can do is have simple conversations and lead by example when it comes to assessing where the misinformation started and how to address what they can see with their eyes. Even picking up random bits of trash seems to be "above" some people. I hope to one day live in a world where everyone cares about doing their part to help the planet thrive.

Having conversations with children about how to make an impact on the planet is a powerful way to reinvigorate your commitment to conservation. It also creates a comfortable space where they feel heard and inspired to be part of the change they want to see around them.

Moving your activity outdoors during the spring months is the best way to increase your connection to the world around you while also being able to take small actions like picking up trash or identifying places to plant native perineal plants around your home.
