With the unstable economy and rising prices of groceries and cost of living in Canada, we are seeing homelessness and food insecurity rates soar. It's very simple to donate some food to help people out, especially via grocery stores who make it easy by packing $5 or $10 bags of items you can buy to donate.

Sherisse Egbochuku 4/03/2025 6:13 AMI went for a jog this morning and it automatically improved my mood and my energy levels. I enjoy jogging but my favourite activities are soccer and basketball.
