Marlene Dodes-Callahan

I am concerned about the fragile wildlife on the shores of the East River and the world at large. So many species seem to be disappearing. I’m a retired teacher, photographer and active politically in my community and live on the waterfront which was inundated by Hurricane Sandy. We also feel the effects of overbuilding along the waterfront where environments are most susceptible to rising tides. I want to do my small part in illuminating these concerns and hopefully change the outcome somehow.
