Kevin Dodard 4/03/2026 1:32 PMExercising each day helped me feel stronger and more used to working hard, especially with football practice in the morning. It made my body feel more in shape and helped me stay focused during the day. Football practice helped the most because of running, lifting, and drills which made me feel more capable and ready to handle tough situations.
