This month, I started prioritizing getting enough sleep, and it's made a huge difference. Installing blackout blinds to block out light and noise has helped me rest much better. I've noticed I'm feeling more refreshed and energized during the day. It's surprising how focusing on sleep can improve my mood and productivity. It's definitely been a positive change for my well-being.

I volunteered to make a guide for our Bible study group. This guide helped everyone understand the topics better and made our discussions more interesting. Seeing how it brought people together made me feel more connected to the group.
Helping out in this way showed me how we can support each other, and that felt really good. It was nice to know that what I did helped everyone learn more and enjoy the study sessions.

I decided to schedule my check-up because I’ve been meaning to have my blood work done. After going through sickness and losing a family member, I realized how important it is to take care of my health. I also want to make sure I have plenty of time to spend with my son as he grows.
After the check-up, I felt relieved and proud of myself. I took a step to make sure I can be there for my family and enjoy more moments with my son. It was a good decision that helps me focus on staying healthy for myself and the people I love.

When considering replacing products with safer options, it's important to first identify common chemicals found in everyday products that may raise health or environmental concerns. Identify items in your home containing these chemicals and research safer alternatives. Many brands now offer products that use natural, non-toxic ingredients, which can serve as healthier substitutes for yourself and the environment.

The Angat Watershed is incredibly important because it supplies water to Metro Manila and nearby areas, helps generate power, and supports a variety of plants and animals. Taking care of this area is crucial to ensure water availability and protect its natural environment. Involving local communities in conservation efforts is a smart way to help maintain the watershed's health. Overall, it's clear that managing the watershed well is essential for benefiting both people and nature.

Today, I learned about indigenous knowledge and how it is protecting nature. It shows how Indigenous people understand and care for the land in ways that help protect it. Their traditional practices are really good for keeping nature healthy. We can learn a lot from them and use this knowledge to better protect our planet for the future.

I now schedule my yearly decluttering and giving away clothes and other items in April for Earth Month EcoChallenge. This not only helps reduce waste but also supports a sharing economy. By passing on items you no longer need, you help others, reduce consumption, and encourage a sense of community. Plus, it’s a perfect way to celebrate Earth Month and contribute to sustainability efforts.
