    I didn't know how many community groups were available in my city until I researched it! It is really heartwarming to see people coming together to share a common interest or passion. I think this is so important for people to feel a sense of community. It makes you feel safe and understood.

    I love checking in with people because it makes them feel cared about, which, in turn, makes me feel good. I love connecting with people in my life to create a sense of support!
