REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth and Well-BeingConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What changes did you make to improve your sleep, and how did they affect your day?
Pooja Chowdhary 4/17/2025 3:03 AMI did brought slight change in my sleeping pattern by increasing the time duration( atleast 30 minutes on the daily basis) of my sleep time. For me getting enough sleep and avoiding any screentime before sleep is very important. During earth month, developing new habits and bringing some changes in sleep patterns as overall is boosting my physical and mental health both such as less anxiousness and less fatigue and being active. In my opinion this deveolpment is still in process and this month is the reminder for that.. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth and Well-BeingHow does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet? What fruits or vegetables did you try this week, and which was your favorite?
Pooja Chowdhary 4/03/2025 2:35 AMI think setting a goal for yourself to eat more healthy on a daily basis irrespective of your diet patterns is definetely having a positive impact on my body. As i have no meat consumption at all, i believe that is step towards preservation of biodiversity and also preservation of species. I started eating new fruits particularly Oranges, kiwi and consumption of more apple on daily basis. My personal favourite would be Orange. In terms of vegetables, i consumed more of green fibres. In my opinion, eating more fruits and vegetables overall reducess health issues, addition to this less meat consumption lead to conservation of species and the resources. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity and ConnectionHow did checking in with someone strengthen your relationship or provide support? How did it feel to reach out and connect?
Pooja Chowdhary 3/31/2025 11:27 PMI personally feels it depends on the person with whom you are checking in. For me, for sure it strengthen the trust and also rebuilded the communication. It also provided me support in terms of boosting confidence and positiveness as well as motivation. I felt happy, relieved and reliable at the same time while connecting and reaching out to the person.-

- 17-DAY STREAK
Trust in our employees and our fellow human beings is a very valuable asset that must not be exploited. That is why it is important for us to approach each other and to recognize and appreciate the positive things about people. Then trust and motivation will grow and we see on both sides the benefits.
