    Planting something felt rewarding and calming. I planted herbs in small indoor pots. It was a simple but fulfilling way to grow something green and useful right at home!

    I was surprised by how much water is used in everyday activities like showers and laundry. It made me more mindful of my habits—I plan to take shorter showers and run full loads of laundry, which are simple changes that can save a lot of water over time.
