Wasting food also wastes water, energy, and resources. I will keep a daily log of food I throw away during the Ecochallenge, either because it went bad before I ate it, I put too much on my plate, or it was scraps from food preparation, and commit to reducing my food waste throughout the challenge.

Understanding our water use is important for a healthy planet. I will calculate my water footprint and look for a few ways I can reduce consumption or waste, then share what I learned on the feed.

Ava Cessna 4/17/2025 12:23 PMMy thoughts were very calm and my emotions were stable. It allowed me to have a clear mind and think more logically. I found it easy to meditate but also easy to get off track for a few seconds. -

It is important for my mental health in many ways and also makes me feel good about my physical health and wellbeing. I enjoy walking the most because it is relaxing and not an intense workout that makes me sore for days.
