    I did think I was addicted to sugar. I feel better know and I will watch what I eat from now on.

    Eating more fruits reduced my temptation of eating unhealthy. I also felt better knowing I wasn't eating junk food. My favorite was carrots.

    Exercising every day made me feel more relaxed and healthy. I enjoyed going on walks and playing sports.
