Land, Water, and Air
Take Shorter Showers
Conserving water helps protect this precious resource. I will shorten my showers to 5 minutes to save water and reduce energy use - each time saving up to 20 gallons (75 L) of water!
Health and Well-Being
Enjoy Fruits and Veggies
Adding fruits and vegetables to our meals nourishes our body and the planet. I will prepare and enjoy 2 servings of a variety of colorful fruits and veggies.
Community and Connection
Check In with a Friend or Colleague
Staying connected strengthens relationships and boosts well-being. Each day, I will reach out to 3 friends or colleagues to check in, have a meaningful conversation, or offer support.
Community and Connection
Keep My Community Clean
A clean community benefits everyone. Each day I am outside, I will pick up 5 pieces of litter to keep my community clean.
Health and Well-Being
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 60 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.

REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity and ConnectionHow did checking in with someone strengthen your relationship or provide support? How did it feel to reach out and connect?
Oliver Cade 4/01/2025 8:15 AMIt was reassuring for both of us to know that we are still there for one another even if we don't speak all the time. It always feels good to talk to someone you don't get to see all the time. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLand, Water, and AirHow did shortening your showers affect your awareness of water conservation? What other water-saving practices can you adopt in your daily routine?
Oliver Cade 4/01/2025 7:37 AMYou sacrifice some of your peace in a sense, but those long showers where your fingers become slightly proony show how much water you're using compared to being in and out and not treating it as a luxury. Another practice would be only using the dishwasher when it's full, and being cautious with how much water is being run when hand washing dishes.
