No Disposable cup usage
Everyday we spend 2-3 cups in a day which is disposable. Considering 86,700 employees of Emerson Global and minimum people use 2 cups a day for daily caffein- it would save 173400 cups in a day, considering 22 working days in a month it is 3.8Mn cups in a month which is 45.7Mn cups in a year.Even if the cups are recyclable -recycling also needs energy and efforts. e.g plastic to store this waste, transportation which burns fuel to take these cups into recycling facility etc

Plastic bags do not always end up in landfills and if they aren't properly disposed of. In nature, they can be mistaken for food by many wild animals and harm wildlife. When I go shopping, I will be sure to bring my own bags to reduce waste and the chance that plastic bags could find their way into wildlife habitats.
