    Just over half way throught the month! I cannot wait for the beautiful weather this weekend to get some work in outside. Planning on cleaning up the flower beds and planting a garden.

    Went to bed early last night because I wanted to get up early to workout. This morning I almost hit snooze but I didn't I got up and did something for me. My 14 year old also joined me, after we got Starbucks in our personal cups on the way to school.

    In full transperancy, this weekend was not as good for me when it came to the challenge. I was traveling, I forgot my water bottle at home (I did buy one), I also rented a vehicle and had to eat out more than I would like. However, it is Tuesday - I am back home and back on track!

    Worked out every day this week - Packing for a trip and I am bringing my reusable cups with me as well as not packing my items in plastic bags like I normally do.

    Today is day 1 of the earth month ecochallenge 2026 and I am so excited! Lots of rain here today, but our flowers, trees and grass need it. Here is to a month of learning new habits to protect our earth!
