Just printed a Food Waste Diary for my family.  My kids need to see to believe so I think this will help us reduce our food waste.

I love this! There are a lot of recipes out there for food items we normally don't use... like cauliflower leaves, broccoli stems, banana peels, etc. Perhaps your kids can help pick out some recipes once they see what's happening!
