Elie Brazell 4/13/2025 10:24 PMExercising daily impacted my mental health the most! It took a while to grow a liking to walk/biking everyday, but I am now beginning to enjoy it! I'd say I like walking the most because I love the smell of fresh air, and looking at nature/the things around me.
