    During meditation, I was able to completely make my brain go silent. Afterwards, I felt a lot calmer and less in a rush to get things done. It could support my well-being day to day by helping me relax and take a breather.

    I started shortening my showers to cut back on water usage. It definitely feels different, but I know it's making an impact.
