Started all fence project this weekend for our garden and all the wood cam from a place that practices sustainable methods of acquiring product. All the lumber the have in stock is leftover from lumber yards that couldn't sell for what the want price wise. The lumber yards would just leave them to rot in their lots but the place where I got the lumber is able to buy it and sell for a lower more affordable price as well. It's a win win!

Took our little one to the local zoo and found out she really likes the meerkats. Ended up getting her a little stuffed meerkat on the way out of the park.

Ended the day by planting some wildflower seeds in the backyard with the family so hopefully those grow and he get some wildlife to come around.

HI Joshua! We used a small barrels to collect rain water for years in our summer house. We used this water for gardening. A basic setup consists of a barrel placed under your gutter’s downspout to collect runoff from the roof.

Started doing more vigorous exercises for this challenge and have not regretted it one bit. Have been more focused and less fatigued from everyday activities. Plus its nice to not have to focus on anything other than pushing myself.

I thoroughly enjoy the leg work out that I have made for myself. It can be done without weights and can be done within 30 mins if you push yourself.

Here's the workout for anyone that wants it! Go through all the exercises for one set, so for the First set that is 20 reps you will do 20 reps of each exercise then take a 1 min rest before starting the next set.

    1st set: 20 reps
    2nd set: 15 reps
    3rd set: 10 reps
    4th set: 5 reps

    Lunges
    Good Mornings
    Side Lunges
    Squats
    Pendulum Lunges
    Calf raises
    Single Leg Dead lifts
    Hip Bridges

1 minute rest in between sets

I have always been one to use copious amounts of soap and water to get things clean with very hot water. Recently this challenge has made made me more aware of how much water and energy I am using. So in response to that I have toned down how much I was by hand and have started using cold water to wash the stray dish or two that won't fit in the dishwasher.
