    Improving my sleep had a noticeable impact, like I felt more consistently alert throughout the day and less dependent on caffeine or naps, further my overall mood stabilized; I was less irritable and more resilient to stress.

    Shortening my showers made me much more aware of water conservation. It highlighted how much water I was using daily and showed that small changes—like reducing a few minutes—can make a noticeable difference. It also made me more conscious of other water habits, like turning off taps while brushing or reusing water when possible. Overall, it turned water conservation from an abstract idea into a practical, everyday practice.
