Understanding our water use is important for a healthy planet. I will calculate my water footprint and look for a few ways I can reduce consumption or waste, then share what I learned on the feed.

Natalia Blewonska 4/30/2025 12:29 PMI find meditation challenging. It is difficult to quiet my chattering mind. I do find that after incorporating some short meditation sessions into my daily schedule, I find myself less easily distracted and more present on the task at hand. -

My sleep is somewhat consistent. For past 2-3 weeks I have been going to bed too late. Like 11:30/12am. ANd waking up 7am. So I do feel pretty tired in the morning this past week. This is a shift from earlier this year when I was diligent about going to bed earlier and falling asleep earlier. I'm just not as tired anymore. But I think that's changing as of tonight.-

Yes. I struggle with reducing my sugar intake. I add sugar to my tea and also like to eat chocolate every day! I am trying to limit my intake to one cup of tea with sugar a day, and swapping the chocolate for dark chocolate or lower sugar options to fulfill my sweet tooth.
