    I constantly reuse and share as much as possible, especially baby clothes! I think it helps to build community and connections

    Cutting back on red meat and pork especially. Trying to shop local for all meat and produce when possible

      Low carb foods
      • lean meats, such as sirloin, chicken breast, or pork.
      • fish.
      • eggs.
      • leafy green vegetables.
      • nuts and seeds, including nut butter.
      • low carb fruits, such as apples, blueberries, and strawberries.
      • unsweetened dairy products, including plain whole milk and plain Greek yogurt.
