Community
Connect with Someone
Strong communities are built on connection and trust. I will reach out to 3 others—friends, colleagues, or neighbors—to check in, have a meaningful conversation, offer support, or to meet someone new near me.
What is resilience?
Reflect on My Own Resilience
Resilience is personal and collective. I will reflect on a time when I adapted to change in my own life, writing down what helped me and what I learned from the experience.
Community
Express Gratitude and Random Acts of Kindness
Small acts of kindness and gratitude can brighten someone's day and create a positive ripple effect. I will express gratitude to 5 people or perform 5 random acts of kindness to spread joy and connection.
Personal
Explore Resources for Managing Anxiety
Anxiety can be overwhelming, but resources and strategies can help. I will spend 30 minutes exploring resources that help manage anxiety and stress to support my mental and psychological well being.

REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonalWhat resource or strategy stood out to you the most, and how could it help you strengthen your resilience when you face stress or uncertainty?
Miles Birks 4/13/2026 4:57 PMI often do this by talking to people. But especially the elderly people that are close to me, like my grandma for example. Ever since I was little, I knew she wanted the best for me and a lot of what she wanted for me I really believe is to be confident and sufficient in myself and a lot of that really comes from our conversations just about lively subjects at hand and how to deal with it.
