    Shortening my showers made me more aware of how much water I use and motivated me to conserve more. Other practices include turning off the tap while brushing teeth, fixing leaks, using a dishwasher efficiently, and collecting rainwater for plants.

    Responsible pet owners can help protect wildlife by keeping cats indoors, keeping dogs on leashes or in fenced yards, cleaning up pet waste, and never releasing pets into the wild. Spaying and neutering pets also helps prevent stray animals that can harm local ecosystems.
    This helps pets stay safer and healthier by reducing the risk of injury, disease, or getting lost. It also protects the environment by reducing harm to wildlife and preventing pollution.
