    Mood, focus, and energy were all positively impacted on nights I was able to improve my sleep. I didn't start the day dragging my feet, but instead ready to jump right in with renewed vigor.

    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now? What was the most challenging part of reducing refined sugar, and how did you overcome it?

    The biggest challenge is actually finding products without refined sugar in them - it's incredibly frustrating to see how many food staples include sugar (e.g. bread)
